• The majority of our events are held in the restaurant area of our venues. This allows our guests the privacy and space to make them feel comfortable. We work with our venues to ‘set the mood’ and add little touches like candles, subtle lighting and background music.
• A huge client base of existing customers and numerous well organised structured events under our belts
• Comprehensive scorecards, instructions, badges and branded pens for speed dating events
• We ask all guests to complete a confidential client profile form on arrival to speed dating events for our own marketing purposes and to allow us to schedule future events based on our client’s feedback and suggestions. This also allows guests to receive newsletters and the details of forthcoming events prior to them going on general release.

• We allow you to transfer your speed dating booking to an alternative event or change the ‘guest name’ up to 7 days prior to any event (should you wish to cancel completely an administrative charge will be applied to a refund – please see cancellation policy in our terms and conditions). • We meet any guest travelling alone from their car if they request this service via mobile phone on arrival to the car park, where practical
• Scorecards handed in at the end of the evening enables us to have results available the following day and we will relay these to you via the e-mail address/mobile telephone number that you have completed on the front of your scorecard. We relay any ‘matches’ you have and you may request how many ‘ticks’ you achieved, however, we do not relay to you who has ticked you unless a match occurs. We strongly believe that our clients deserve the ‘personal touch’ so please feel free to contact us should you wish to discuss the evening.
• During speed dating a half time break to give you an opportunity to refill your glass, freshen up, check your scorecard and take a well earned ‘breather’

Xpress Dating Services Hosts:

• Professional, friendly event hosts will greet you and ensure you feel comfortable at all times
• All our hosts will be wearing branded Xpress Dating Services corporate clothing or be dressed in black, they will be obvious to you when you arrive and you will find signage to direct you to the registration desk.
• If you are travelling alone (30% of our guests do) we will endeavour to introduce you to other guests prior to the event
• All our hosts are extensively trained and will ensure the event is run in a highly professional, discreet, structured way
• Our hosts are available throughout the evening to answer questions
• Our hosts main aim is to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable evening of fun and superb conversation
